What is the very latest with the BCV refurb, is it taking place now?

I'm going in mid November, and got the letter saying the renovations would still be occurring at that time.

According to the BC thread over on the Resorts board, the BCV refurb isn't scheduled to end until December.

Mid-March: According to a post on the DVC subforum, the work on the Beach Club Villas is scheduled to begin in March 2015 and be completed in December 2015. I have not seen or heard any else, but appreciate it when readers bring info like this to my attention (thank, Mewissy!). In mid-March, guests with stays in late July, October and mid-November reported receiving letters about upcoming refurbishment work at BCV during their stays.

So the letter for fall guests about the construction seems accurate.
