What is the tax rate? Figuring out $ difference on dining plan vs. out of pocket.

Anyone know the tax rate for the restaurants? I'm revisiting the value of the dining plan for us since our last trip, now that one child is an adult price. Thanks!

I believe it's 6.5%. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure that's what it is for restaurants in Florida.
