What is the school bread like now?

On our trip in November 2008, we noticed that school bread had been changed to have toasted coconut on top rather than plain coconut.

Has it changed again since then? What's it like now?

I'm hoping these changes didn't wreck it! I'll find out in 20 days!

I had one in July. The icing was back to the original white icing, but the coconut was still toasted. It also seemed to have a lot of custard in the middle.

that's encouraging, i haven't had one in a couple years, since the change went in. Will have to check it out
