I'm sorry, this post just stuck out to me as a cry for help.
You've kept it off for SEVEN YEARS, I don't know what support you have used to make that happen and what food choices you are making, but I KNOW you can make it! Do you have any kind of counselor or nutritionist...or even just Weight Watchers...to give you the support you need?
You CAN stop it! You just have to reach out and get the help that will keep you going through this rough patch.
I just so hate to see someone who has gone through something so drastic as weight loss surgery not succeed. PLEASE, there is help there. I truly hope you find it. PM me if you need more encouragement.![]()
thank you
it's all stress. my mother's mental illness has been totally out of control for the past 14-15 months, and the rest of my family is in denial about it. i KNOW what i have to do, but when you throw the dietary restrictions on top of everything else, something has to give. i've been making poor food choices for the sake of speed and convenience, but i woke up this morning with a new resolve. our area was devastated by the tornadoes that slammed alabama last week, and i've seen so much pain and loss, watching my neighbors pick up the remains of their lives and move on has given me a new determination.
