What is the most magical WDW thing you do

For me, magic is the parade and the fireworks. There is something about standing the middle of Main Street staring at the castle and having the Fairy God Mother light the castle (it was christmas) and seeing the fireworks....

Future world at night when everyone else is in the world showcase.

Strawberry swirl at the Enchanted Grove.

People mover in the rain (not the rain itself)

Watching fireworks from a hammock on Polynesian resort beach

" what one thing must you do every time you go?

Fave attraction: Muppet Vision--gotta love all those corny jokes. (Kermit: "What are you guys doing here?" Waldorf & Stattler: "We entered a contest." "Yeah... and we lost.") :lmao:

The 'Animation Lesson' in DHS is a very close second, and definitely also one of our 'must do' attractions. Had the best time there last visit, watching my DS drawing an awesome sketch of Stitch (his all time fave character). We had it framed afterwards.

Fave meal: We love to grab breakfast at the Main Street Bakery in MK, then sit in a quiet spot down by the water to eat. :cloud9:

Fave place to be: Lounging in a hammock on the Poly beach, watching the EWP & Wishes. Always accompanied by a few glasses of fine wine (we bring a bottle or two along from home) & a snack tray of sushi from Captain Cook's. :beach:

Favorite Ride: Big Thunder Mountain Railroad at night.
Favorite Treat: A bratwurst w/ sauerkraut at Sommerfest.
Favorite Place: Poolside at Storm-Along Bay.

1. That moment when I walk on to Mainstreet USA, stop and just take in the castle and realize that I'm back is my magic moment.
2. An icy Coke slushie relaxing in the food court at Pop Century after a long, hot day in the parks.
3. Soarin' and the World Showcase

The trip is complete for me as soon as I ride Soarin':). This year Epcot is our first park, and Soarin' will be our first ride (and probably our 3rd with a FP!).

I love sitting in the pool at SAB....I will miss that this year when we stay at POFQ and WL!

I don't have a favorite food, but I love how happy my kids are when we eat at Chef Mickey:).

My MUST magical things to do...

My magical spot is ANYWHERE. I could probably burst into happy tears at any moment on vacation! Lol

Starlilly,

You are my kind of girl. I am bursting into tears just listening to other peoples' must-dos :)

Kim

Standing on Main St looking at the Castle is the most magical thing ever for me. I can't even begin to imagine what it would be like to spend the night inside.

Soarin and Test track are my favorite rides.

I love everything about WDW, every season, every park, rain or shine. The first time I ever saw the Castle was at DL when I was about 10. I cried. I still tear up when I see it. It is just so overwhelming. I love it!

Most magical "must-do" is to watch the Electrical Water Pageant from the beach/shore (@ Poly or WL)! Seeing the lights and hearing the music always chokes me up!

Not certain of which ride to name as most favorite, but Peter Pan would definitely be way up there!

DH gets a kick out of the turkey legs!

Ride would have to be Haunted Mansion

Food would have to be Tiramasu from Mama Melrose

To see would have to be SpectroMagic (that parade IS Disney to me)popcorn::

I write letters to my daughter from her favorite characters and leave on the nightstand. She looks forward to them every trip and every morning of our trips. They are super corny and tell her what the day's plans are and little reminders to be a good listener plus what do if she gets lost.

The smile on her face is my most magical moment!

Glad to know I am not the only one who is tearing up just reading this thread!!

The firstthing we have to do is walk down main street and through the castle this is the only way you can truely become part of the magic. The castle is the porthole to everything. Then we just go where ever.

I've only been once, and there were so many magical things that it is extremely difficult to pick just one......but if I had to, it would be standing in front of Cindy's castle watching wishes....the music....the atmosphere....the look on my daughters' faces.....it makes me happy just thinking about it.
Fav Ride would have to be.....all of them. :lovestruc Fav food.......everthing. Heck, it's just too hard to decide.......Can we go to WDW right now, Pleeeeeaaase??????:cloud9:

My must have food is a tie between the mousse in France and the pre- spectro magic meal.(a mickey shaped hot pretzel and ice cream from the main street parlor) There is nothing like sitting on the curb in Main street rehashing the day and ending with the best fireworks in the whole world. I have yet to experience wishes, but it will have to go a long way to beat the display narrated by Julie Andrews. I had goosebumps the whole time and it was JULY in WDW!!! Can't wait to have new must do's from our first ever mother daughter trip this July!!!! On a side note, to make it special for my Mom I am forcing her to wear a home made matching t-shirt with me to celebrate her 50th B-Day:goodvibes

Gives me chills just thinking about it.:cloud9:

My ride would be Space Mountain
My food is anything that I wouldn't normally get at home such as: cinnamon bun or french toast bread slice(?) these are at MK bakery and mickey mouse rice krispies and ice cream.
The magic for us truly begins when we drive through the opening of Disney World and see the signs stating the fact. We are in awe every time no matter how many times!

I'm missing WDW so bad right now! For us the most magical thing is sitting on the beach at the Poly all curled up w/ the kids watching the electric water pageant. Our kids just LOVED it and it was a magical cozy time for our whole family. :goodvibes

Ride: Tomorrowland Transit Authority (Paging Mr. Morrow, Mr. Tom Morrow)
Food: I like it all!
Place: Anywhere in MK
