I have been to Disney several times and have read many dining reviews on this site. Trouble is that restaurants sometimes are amazing on one visit and not so good the next visit...what I am looking for from you Disney frequent visitors out there is this...which restaurant do you go to EVERY visit that always makes you SMILE...for the experience AND the food EVERY time you go??
:tink:

For me, it's Boma and Tusker House. I've never had a bad experience at either of these places, and the service is also always pretty good. I make it a point to go to Boma on every trip.

Not necessarily for doing every visit, but for consistency of service and quality of the highest standards:

Victoria and Albert's!

We've eaten at Victoria & Alberts several times and it's always what it's ratings are: a 5 star dining experience. And it's not just disser's opinions. V&A has been ranked in the top 50 restaurants in the US for many years now.

Ours has always been Teppan Edo and now Sanaa. Each of those places have delivered high quality food and an amazing time.

Well, I have to say none of them. EVERY restaurant is going to have a bad day once in a while. Fortunately, my experiences for the most part have been good. But as sure as a general consensus here says one restaurant NEVER has a bad day, you will go there and it will be a bad day. Things happen all the time - people take sick days without notice or quit, leaving a restaurant short handed. Supplies aren't delivered on time, or a power outage shuts things down for a while right in the middle of the rush.

For example, on one trip I had two Le Cellier reservations, a week apart at the exact same time of day - 11:30am. The first one, everything went perfect - from the seating, to the ordering, to the food, to the service, it was fantastic - best meal of the trip. However, the next week I went in, ordered the same meal, and everything went wrong - from seating, to ordering, to the food being prepared incorrectly (and nearly inedible) to having to hunt down the server just so I could leave. That meal was the worst meal of the trip. I was amazed that two dining experiences at the same restaurant only one week apart could be so different, but it just goes to show you that nothing is guaranteed.

So please, even though I know you'll get some good advice here from people who have had good dining experiences, keep your expectations realistic and roll with the punches if you have to turn lemons into lemonade.

Cheshire Figment said it all. V&A. No other WDW restaurant comes close.

We've dined there numerous times. It has never been anything less than exquisite. DH says dining at V&A is better than Christmas. I recently took a good friend there for dinner. She absolutely loved it and said she can never visit WDW again without also dining at V&A.

Yep - I know this is true. Even Disney restaurants have "bad" days....I was not thinking that every post on here would be the always perfect restaurant day in and day out...I was just wondering which ones people have had a positive experience each time they have visited Disney if there was one. =) Plus people usually only visit once a year or less....or even a few times a year - so there could be a place that someone has had a positive experience each time they went there. =) There are several restaurants we make sure to go to each time we visit even after having a subpar experience on a previous trip - I know it is going to happen - that is life for sure.

Another vote for V&A!!!! Been there more often (34 times now) than any other restaurant at WDW and never experienced an "off" meal.

Victoria and Albert's is on our list, too.

Bistro Paris has always been consistently good each time we've dined there as well.

At a lower price point, Raglan Road has always been a good bet - we've had dinner there several times and it's always been a tasty meal with good service - the live band makes it a lot of fun.

I feel V&V is too over the top for a meal, no matter how or what is served. Our best meal experiences out of 43 trips has been Yachtmans Steakhouse. Nothing has ever detered our meals from service to food at a more sensible price, still I wouldn't pay that kind of money at home but for our one big TS meal, Yachtsman takes the ribbon.

Never had a problem with Le Cellier, but I know other people don't always like it.

Generally speaking, you aren't going to get everybody to agree on any restaurant.

am with the others - it's V&A. It's not for every visit though. I'm hoping to get in once a year.

Another vote for V&A. Not only is it by far the most consistently excellent in WDW, it's equally consistent among its 5-star peers nationwide.

Among moderately priced places, I've never had a bad experience with Boma's breakfast. I always eat there at least once or twice per trip, even if I'm not staying at AKL.

I've had good luck with Tokyo Dining, too. The food has been solidly good (not spectacular, but fresh and well-prepared) every time I've gone there and my service has always been excellent.

I know a lot of people here won't agree with this choice, but every time we go to WDW, we eat dinner at Ohana's, and it's been great for us every single time.

The only restaurants that are a consistant MUST DO for us every trip are Jiko and Crystal Palace. For Jiko - its the food and the atmosphere - well and the Wine. For Crystal Palace (which we sadly won't be going to next week as it is closed) it is getting into the park early and the food. Its good for a buffet breakfast - hot and fresh.

For the most consistently amazing experience I'd say pick up a pizza from Giordano's and eat it on Space Mountain.
