What is the most annoying thing you have experienced another guest doing at Disney?

We were on IASW sitting behind a guy taking flash photos the entire ride. One after another after another. I had to shield my eyes because the flash was so annoying. But hey I was still at disney! Alls good!

and, don't forget those changing their babies diapers on the benches at outdoor dining areas!
Guilty of this when my oldest was a baby. Not at a dining area though. Totally not proud of that moment and would never do it now. I blame it on new mommy brain that prevented me from using common sense. I was "spoken to" by a cast member too. Shamed:(.

This happened to me in California a few years ago, but I think it applies across the board.
We had decent seats for a parade (and I don't remember there people ropes separating the people from the parade, but I might be wrong about that), and everyone was sitting on the ground, watching the floats go by ... and some jerk stands up and walks into the parade route a bit to take pictures ... and blocks everyone behind him from seeing much or getting their own pictures.
Everyone was clearly very angry ... finally one guy pulls him down and says "you're blocking everyone" (or something like that ... this was a few years ago, I don't remember his exact words).
Seriously, was he not aware that there were other people trying to watch the parade? Or did he think it was a parade just for his benefit?

I do have a confession to make ... I bugged the woman sitting in front of me last year by taking flash pictures during Fantasmic! It was a brand new phone, and I didn't know how bright and annoying the flash was ... as soon as someone let me know that she was annoyed, I turned off the flash (and I haven't turned it back on since ... apparently the phone takes decent pictures even without the flash). I felt really bad ...

My two worst experiences:
1. Waiting in frontierland for MSEP when some people decided to leave and the family at the end of the row would not let them through so they were stopped in front of everyone in the second row where I was standing for the entire parade. They guy t the end of the row said he would not move because the parade was going to start.
2. I was purchasing a pretzel at the launching pad in tomorrowland and as I was paying a woman runs up pushing me out of the way because she did not get enough chili on her chili dog. Unfortunately, the CM did not tell her to wait. The woman got her extra chili dog and then Thanked me for her interruption.

In Philarmagic last trip there was a man that sat down in the middle of one of the front rows with his family. The CM kept insisting that everyone move over to the end of the row and he wouldn't budge. After delaying the show for about 5 minutes and the remaining people walking all the way around him to sit down, the CM made an announcment that she wanted to thank everyone who could follow directions for doing so. It was funny to DH and I because it was totally snarky and you rarely hear a CM do that, especially over the microphone. But the majority of the people in the room laughed and knew what she was getting at.

I go 300# so when they don't go all the way down I always pretend to stumble over them and step on their feet.

Lots of things, but shoving in lines and lines getting on buses on buses ( why is it that people think the closer they get to you, the faster the line will move?) and people who smoke while walking in front of me. I have no problem with smokers who smoke in the right areas, but I'm speaking of those that walk along smoking because they know CMs dont do a darn thing.

Watched a parent berate a CM at the entrance to Star Tours last year. The man's son was too short for the ride, and despite showing the parent several times that the child didn't meet the height requirement, the man became more and more obnoxious, screaming that the CM was "ruining the entire vacation". It was quite a scene. DH was about to say something when two more CMs showed up to help. After a few minutes' discussion, they decided to let the boy on the ride even though he was too short!

Flash photography and line cutting - also blocking the entrance the the FP line when you don't have one or are too early.

and although we had an awesome trip our recent trip over labor day I saw so much blatant line cutting I just couldn't believe it. (and no they were not joining family or returning from a rest room emergency!)

We had been waiting for the next group to go on Ellen's Energy Adventure and finally the doors opened and everyone went inside to get seat in the vehicles. The cast members reminded everyone that they were to remain seated once the ride started several times. The ride started and a woman stood up and shouted that she needed to leave, the cast member announced over the loud speaker that she could not. She climbed over the edge of the vehicle and got out. They stopped the ride/show immediately, the woman left the ride. But, the cast members were unable to restart the ride, everyone had to exit, the ride was shut down for over an hour while they tried to reset it.

How funny. I saw this thread title and was going to post this exact story. It must happen a lot. (Unless it happened to you May of 2011). Then the lady's husband joined her against the wall and they both laughed and laughed until security showed up and escorted them out. That's where their laughter stopped and mine began.

People who no matter how many times the attendants SCREAM the directions, hold up the parking tram because they put their kids on the outside.

People with unnecessarily huge strollers. I know I don't have kids blah blah blah but every time I see someone approaching my bus/tram/whatever with a monster-truck stroller my heart sinks as I roll my eyes.

I had a couple once in HM who decided that they wanted to leave the Stretching room early. It was at the part when the ghost host states "There's always my way." They pushed the doors open and That was it cut off the show the lights went on and we didn't get to hear the rest of it. All because of those two idiots.

Also a down vote for those who decide to leave COP and the rest of us had to sit through that section again

I am going to add my friend, she annoyed the piss out of me on my last trip.
She wanted to take pictures on all the dark rides. So I turned the flash off and gave her the camera. She probably took about 100 mostly black pictures on the great movie ride. Probably 200 black ones with little speckles at fantastic. And hundreds of others also. I made sure the flash was off so as not to bug others. But it really bugged me that she spent her whole first visit looking at Disney through a camera lens.

Heck it has been 8 months and I seem to still be annoyed.

On our last trip I was only annoyed 3x:

DHS rope drop (Which I've preached about enough)

Parade cutters (Well documented in this thread)

And people who treat Meet and Greets as full photo sessions. Our line for Jessie and Woody was 40+ minutes and surface of the sun hot. We finally got to the front and the three 20-something hipsters in front of us had a massively long photo session. Now you propose to Jessie, now Jessie propose to him then him, now Woody pretend you're the priest marrying them. Then toolbag #2 tries to have his GF jump on Woody's back leading to a wardrobe malfunction and Woody having to go inside and change, making my kid think he was leaving. All said they easily took over 10 minutes when there was a massive line. Only good thing was Jessie was awesome taking my kid by the hand and sitting down next to him while we waited for Woody.

this thread is reminding me of all the things I hate about being in huge crowds in general haha

whoever posted the story about their daughter in the wheelchair, that is OUTRAGEOUS and I have been going over in my head all of the things I want to say to that woman on your behalf.

My pet peeve is the lack of chivalry on the busses. It burns my butt when grown men or young teens don't offer their seat to our elderly or even the little ones. Making a mother stand on a moving bus while holding a one year old so some overfed middle aged man or self centered teen can sit drives me nuts.get off your butt.

People in my real life annoy me way more than anyone does when I am at Disney ;) Maybe it's because I live in Jersey...Disney is like a breath of fresh air in comparison in terms of rudeness

The most recent for me was the man in our safari truck last week who spent the entire ride whistling for the animals. Like how you whistle for a dog to come to you. As if his 20 minutes if whistling was going to make the animals swarm the truck. Didn't work;)

That's really funny. :)

I cannot believe that some people are not aware of the smoking areas in the parks. PLEASE don't light up next to me while I'm waiting for a parade. Thanks! :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

The crazy lady that jumped the trick or treat line in front of my daughter (who had cancer, was wheelchair bound, and was only 9 years old) to get candy for her spoiled brat kids!! My husband had to hold me down because I was about to make a fool out of myself and choke that woman. My son never wants to go back to MNSSHP again. It was ridiculous!
