What is the latest time you can make a PS for?

Would like to make a PS for Chefs de France, can you make a PS for 8:30 pm?

I am unsure. Best thing to do is to call Disney dining now or ask the CM when you book your PS.

When you make your PS just ask if 8:30 is available. If not, ask them what is the latest available. It shouldn't be a problem since IllumiNations is at 9:00. And the park will still have plenty of guests there well after the show ends.

Yes, right until closing. It's great to start dinner as the crowds throng out, then stroll through an empty park as you leave.
