What is the latest for lunch?

We're doing a quick-last minute weekend trip and are on a budget. So we were thinking late lunches in Epcot. What is the latest to make a PS for lunch at counter restaurants?

some place i got 2:50 for latest, some 3:45.

Actually you can't make a PS for counter service restaurants.

I also don't think any counter service spots close between lunch and dinner hours nor do they change the menu or prices. So you should be fine walking in for a late lunch.

Geesh, in all my excitement, I said "counter service." I know better! I meant sit-down. geesh, the excitement is getting to me. I'll edit it now.

In that case, I agree with PolyAddict. I think it varies.

It varies
the earliest is Le cellar which I believe is 2:50 (this is also the best)
the rest you in general do not have a problem with and may not need to make PS or at least i have not had a problem sop long as you go at a reasonable time before they stop serving lunch.

Le Cellier is the main restaurant we are looking at, but considering options just in case.
