What is the first full week in June like??

Hello, I was wondering if anyone has gone to WDW during the 1st full week in June? I was wondering what the crowds and weather are like? I had to cancel my February land sea package, and the only other times we could go during 2006 would be during Easter break or June 4-9. Thank you .

Well just thought I'd let you know, I think this is gay days at Disney World. If thats going to be a problem, better check to make sure.

It will be crowded...not as crowded as Easter though. The first weekend in June usually is the weekend of Gay Days, but that will usually only have an effect on one park at a time and the schedules are posted well in advance.

Weather will be quite warm, but not as relentless as July or August.

We went this year the first week of June and it was packed the whole week. I was there 3 years before during the same time and it wasn't near as bad. Also this year it rained alot but the temps weren't bad at all. 3 years before the weather was in the upper 80's to low 90's. After some of the winters we're had I look foreward to those kind of temps. Now if it was later in the summer I might complain about being a little warm.

Yep, it rained a lot this year. But the parks don't get as crowded as they do later in the summer when all the kids from the NE get off school. We have gone early June a couple of times and had a great time. Gay Days? They didn't bother us in the least. Just a few more folks at the World.
