What is the earliest time Happy Limo has dropped you off at port?

Hello! Our PAT is 10:30am. Apparently, service cars are not allowed to drop off earlier than 10:30am. Is there a huge line of service cars waiting to enter the port at 10:30am? TIA!

I believe I've read that private transporation/shuttles cannot drop off until 11:00. I may be wrong.

We arrived in our own car about 10:45. We had to wait 5+ minutes to pull up to the terminal to drop off our luggage. I think?? The car services use the same line.

Happy Limo dropped us off at about 10:40 last June, but we were stopped in the car for about 20 minutes waiting to be able to get to the area to drop out luggage. There was a decent line of vehicles, but nothing too overwhelming.

I also have to give a shout out to the porters, they were outstanding at explaining things to us and pointing us in the right direction. That was our first cruise that we didn't use DCL transportation do we were a little out of sorts.
