What is the Dole Whip?

I've seen a lot of people on here talk about it and loving it...but IDK what it is and I would definitely try it out when I go to the World in May!

SO...what is it, where can I find it, cost, etc....thank you!

According to the Tag Fairy, I should be whipped with one. Never had one though! I only hang out at EPCOT and you can't get one there.
