If the above e-mail provided by the PP does nto work, I think you go the same route as you would if you were making a complaint. You go to the DLR website, click on Contact Us and the very bottom of the page. This brings you to a e-mail form you fill out. After you input your contact info, there will be a little drop down menu with a list of options for why you are contacting DLR Guest Communications. Choose the one that says "Comments About a Recent DLR Visit," or something similar to that, and then type in your message. I was told by a CM on the phone that this is the most effective way to reach them and that snail mail is not so good.
