What is the Disney Visa Rewards package?

I keep seeing this mentioned on the Dis and am wondering what it entails? If this includes parade premium seating, would I be able to get it soon enough for our trip if I don't have a Disney Visa yet? (Thinking of getting one for the discounts I've seen mentioned for DLR).

I believe the "package" means you reserve hotel & tickets through WDTC or AAA using your Disney Visa as payment. Then you get the extra perks like preferred seating for the shows in DCA (Aladdin, Bug's Life, Muppets 3-D).
