What is the DDE card that you buy with your AP?

Ok I have had the AP passes but I am a little confused about the DDE Card. Well exactly what is the DDE card and how do I buy one exactly and where do I use it? Thanks, I keep learning new things on the boards every day!

It is the Disney Dining Experience card. It gives you 20% your total bill at many restaurants. That includes beverages, alcoholic or not. We used it once at Boma and had a party of 14, but they kindly accepted it for all of us.
