What is the cancellation policy?

Unfortunately, our AP's expire Dec. 3 and we are in the "No 120 days-No Discount" phase . If I go ahead and book a room at a moderate for the last week of Oct. and AP rates are released, will I be penalized for changing resorts?

If you book a room only with no package, it should be 6 days prior to arrival for a full refund.
