What Is The Cancellation Policy?

I may have missed this stated somewhere, and if so, I'm sorry for asking again.

However, I don't think it's been addressed yet.

What is the cancellation policy?

After what date will our $200.00 deposit NOT be available for a full refund?

After what date will our July 1st payment NOT be available for a full refund?

After what date will our October 1st payment AND July 1st payment AND $200.00 deposit NOT be available for a full refund?

In a nutshell, it is 100% refundable up until the date of final payment, I have asked Pete for the official wording on the rest but he was out of the office yesterday till later today so I'll update this ASAP.
