Another warning about covering the strollers.
We had an early dinner reservation at Crystal Palace before hopping over to DHS to see the Osborne Lights. It was cloudy when we went in, but we were in a bit of a rush (not much) but enough because we watched the whole parade first. I parked the stroller and went inside. It poured during our meal and since I was alone with my two small children I could only watch as the stroller got drenched and I had to carry my son (thank God for the Ergo carrier) and push an empty stroller around the rest of the night. Had it not been for the hotel room hair dryer, it still would have been wet the next day. The only other time it got cloudy that week we were in AK. I covered it every time we parked. It rained buckets while were indoors at Rafiki's rain forest, but the stroller was dry when we got back to it.
On that note, have ponchos in advance. I bought ours there and the rain stopped just as I paid.
Check your paperwork when leaving.
After doing resort airline check-in, having breakfast in the food court and getting us all ready and out to the Magical Express line on time for our 9am departure from ASMo, I realized I left our bus passes in the room. The bus was there and loading and the driver after hearing I had to go back said he would not wait.

So, it was me, my 7 year-old and 10 month old to make the mad dash back to the room. I left my son's carseat bag with the CM and off we went. My son was in his Ergo and giggled the entire time while I ran trying to keep his head from moving too much. My daughter kept up as well as she could. Thankfully it was well before check-out time and the KTTW still worked. I don't think we moved that fast the whole week. Bus was almost done loading when we returned.
If you are bringing in infant or toddler under 3, know they DO count when making dining reservations. I was so happy to get everything I wanted as I didn't know our dates until 3 months before our trip and it ended up being Thanksgiving week. Well gleefully reading this board one day I was horrified when I realized I should have counted my son who would be 10 months old when we went in making our reservations.
At the time I wasn't thinking about fire codes and such. I needed character meals dangit!

Guess who had to call Disney Dining practically every single day up until we left trying to modify 6 dining reservations. Did I mention it was Thanksgiving week? Chef Mickey's, Crystal Palace, Tusker House, Akershus, Holly Wood and Vine and 1900 Park Fare, so with the exception of HollyWood and Vine, not exactly easy reservations to get. Was about to give up on Akershus when I finally got a lunch reservation. I think the CM almost started crying too.
I read about the bank stuff before we went the last time. It was a lot of fun loading Disney Gift cards before our last trip.
