What is the best WDW souvenir that you have?

mine was not bought in the disney park but is still my best disney item a us mail box.
i have added a set of ears onto the box and unlike you americans who take this for granted no one in the (uk ) england has this over here.

and i love it

it makes me feel a part of america when i am in england thinking of all the american homes lined up with there boxes. and the disney boxes that mickey, donald, and goofy have set up as there house mail boxes.

rool on 29th may and i will be back in mickeys back yard.

My favorite souvenirs are those with Pooh on them. Every year I buy Pooh items I can not buy at home, and put it on a shelf...ok, two shelves...well, more like several shelves, but I just love Pooh! Last year I bought a Pooh etched juice glass in Germany in World Showcase, and had my name engraved on it - it is one of my favorite souvenirs, since alot of places don't have my name on anything!

Our photos of us laying down next to our Walk Around the World Brick. :D

We have started to collect the attraction posters. So far we have The Haunted Mansion, Monorail, and WDW Rail Road. They are all in a pretty decent wood frames, and and hinging up in the apartment.
The other souvinear I love is my autographed baseball. I have a few pieces of sports memorbilia, and decided while I was down in WDW in Feb that I was gonna get a baseball signed by a bunchof characters. However, only Mickey, Pluto and Goofy could actually fit on it. That's on display right above the TV.

I have a collection of lucky cats from the Japanese department store. They are small, only 2 inches high or so but I have 7 sitting on the shelf over my kitchen sink.

Mine would have to be my CD of music from the parks. Whenever I am feeling sad about not being at WDW, I just pop it in the player, close my eyes and imagine myself at any one of my favorite Disney spots.

Me, too! I love the music!

Mine would be my copy of the Oct. 1971 Life Magazine "Disneyworld Opens". I was born 09/30/71 one day before WDW opened. So I kinda of fascinated with the very early years.

Most of our souvenir money is spent on the kids, but here a few things that I've brought home from WDW and really enjoyed:

I use a small bag from the gift shop at ASMo (I think it came with a small can of shaving cream) as my lunch bag. I've been using it for almost three years now!

I enjoy my 2000 Spaceship Earth mug.

During a visit in 1980 when I was 16, I got a t-shirt that had a picture of Mickey on the front and on the back of the shirt it had a picture of Mickey from behind and "Mickey Mouse" spelled out underneath the picture was reversed like you were looking at it in the mirror. I don't think I explained that very well, but it was a cool shirt!

Something I didn't purchase a WDW, but really enjoy is a set of WDW ViewMaster reels from the mid-70's.

And my Figment collection

My favorite, couldn't-imagine-not-having-it souvenir is a plush Eeyore bought at the MCO airport on our first family trip in '98.

Other favorites include a Mickey body parts camera bag that I wanted, thought was sold out, and that my dh found for me at the Main Street camera store in '99, my black nylon WDW tote bag from '98, my Waterford Crystal Spaceship Earth w/2000 logo, my gold Castle charm that I wear every day, and an Eeyore cut from all different types of wood bought at Art of Disney last year.

My dh's favorite souvenirs are his railroad spike (gotten as a gift on the Steam Train tour) and his replica of the Lily Belle and it's coal tender. It's in a plexiglass case and he loves to just stand and admire it.

My Favorite most memorable is a glass sculpture that was done by a friend of mine that works as an imagineer. It is a inch thick piece of green tinted glass, it is cut in to a square and the corners are curved up... Donald, Goofy, Pluto and Minnie are etched into the under side of the glass... this lies flat on a glass stand with Mickey etched into it... My wifes favorite is a painting we bought that same trip of Walt, Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Pluto and Minnie. Both from the Art of Disney...

I love the charms that I have collected....each time I go I pick something that represents the trip. I hope to fill my charm bracelet with just Disney charms on it! I am also going to start my niece with one. Its a great gift and a wonderful conversation starter!

My favorite is the coffee mug, with the Mickey Mouse club logo, that when you pick up and tilt the mug, it plays the Mickey Mouse Club March.

We didn't buy our best. But when my daughter was 4 she spent hours digging in dino land (in that dirt/sand stuff). When we got back to the room we realized she had stuffed it into all her pockets (to bring home). I took lots of picture of her digging. We put the sand in a bottle and it now sits next to the picture on my dresser and it brings back such happy thoughts. :smooth:

My favorite souvenier was from our Dec. 2000 trip. His name is Matthew..born Sept 2001. ;)
I love my Tinkerbell WDW mug, use it every day for tea..and also my WDW screensaver.

I guess my favorites are the ones I've made a habit of buying on every trip. I always have to buy Christmas ornaments, a fridge magnet and a picture frame!:D :D :D
