You could take the Skyliner to DHS (have to change lines at CBR) and then walk/boat to the Swan/Dolphin.

From the boat dock at Swan/ Dolphin, you take the walkway between the 2 hotels & past their pools. There are signs along the way, a crosswalk & traffic light for crossing the road.

Yes ride share or get to swan and dolphin through either skyliner, or walk/boat from Epcot or HWS parks.

As Boardwalk is my home resort and I stay there often, we walk over to Fantasia - over the bridge to Swan/Dolphin and straight ahead past the pool and pond. Basically, from any park just take the Boardwalk bus - the Swan Dolphin bus will work too though it doesn't always stop/pick up in the same spot as the Disney resort busses. From any resort, just take transportation to DHS, and walk or boat over to Swan/Dolphn and walk. From Pop, take the skyliner to Epcot, walk over to Boardwalk all the way down the boardwalk to the bridge to Swan/Dolphin and walk - or grab the boat right by the Skyliner and take it to Swan/Dolphin.

The Swan & Dolphin bus picks up in the charter bus parking areas now, and for MK that’s at the TTC.
