What is the Best Rental Car Co?

I am planning a November trip to WDW for 10 days and would like suggestions for a car rental co. What have you used in the past and where could I find some discount codes? Thanks for any info.

You'll find alot of people here like National Car rental. Go to Mousesavers.com and under transportation, go to rental car info. You will find discount codes and a way to sign up for free for the National Emerald Aisle. This allows you to skip the line in the airport and go pick out your own car from the Emerald Aisle. Alot of people have good luck using the Priceless code and $20 coupon from Entertainment book. You'll find this info on the Mousesavers site.

Another source for car rental discounts is rentalcodes.com. Whatever you find for a rate, keep checking as rates go up and down constantly. If you find a new, better rate, it's best to just make a new reservation and cancel the old one instead of adjusting an existing ressie.

I've dealt with almost all of them at MCO. Here is my take:

Alamo: Tends to have the longest line and to be the pushiest on insurance. But it's nice to be able to pick your own car.

National: Same cars as Alamo, shorter line, and not pushy.

Avis: Not pushy on insurance, have gotten some free upgrades, line is not usually long.

Budget: Pretty much the same as Avis; cars have usually had more miles though.

L & M: Brand new cars, had heard they are pushy on ins. but we have never had ANY pressure from them, never a line.

Hertz and Thrifty: Both offsite, but very fast and convenient shuttles. Had one pushy insurance person at Thrifty, but other than that, both are good and we've gotten free upgrades from both.
