What is the best prepaid card for online purchases?

Especially in regards to the fees that are charged? Also in regards to acceptance with various retailers.

BMO has a great International PrePaid Mastercard. $6.95 per year, and that's it. It works like a normal MasterCard, so you can use it anywhere. It can be loaded via online banking from whichever bank you prefer, just like any other bill. There's no charge, but there's a minimum $100 deposit.

Your bank should be able to give you a debit card that has the Visa logo. I think they all have them now. With the Visa logo the card will work just like a Visa card when making online purchases. No additional fees....just your regular bank fees.
