What is the best places for breakfast at WDW?

breakfast in our villa but some that are great and non character are the sand trap at Osprey Ridge golf course...we always have breakfast there when we golf. Olivia's at OKW is very good! We will be trying Trails End twice this February and are really looking forward to it.

I've eaten at all the food courts at the All Star's Pop, POFQ, POR CBR and CSR and they all have pretty good breakfast food.

The very first place I ever ate at in WDW was the Sara Lee bake shop on Main Street...coffee and a big cheese danish...very good!

I think Tusker House is really tight and rushed most of the time. We've done it twice but we won't do that one again.

We've never felt rushed at Tusker House, but I can see where it might be tight. We like to get one of the first ADRs of the morning (usually around 8:05am) and the restaurant is half empty the whole time we are there. It starts filling up on our way our around 9am, so I'd imagine the later you get there - the more crowded it is.

We really liked Kona Cafe (best coffee we could find on property all week was at Kona) and Crystal Palace.

We didn't like Tusker House at all and Akershus was just so-so but we liked the Princess experience and would return there again.

Awesome, thanks so much! I think we'll just make late ADR to Cape May, and then we won't have to get up super early for transportation set up. We've looked at Trail's End, but we're not sold on it yet.
I really enjoy hearing everyone's opinions, I appreciate it!

Does anybody know if there are any Gluten Free Menus at any of the restaurants near Disney or Universal?

Tusker House has been my favorite of the ones I've tried.

Anyone had breakfast at Grand Floridian Cafe and know if it's okay? I've got ADRs for there in March.

Tusker House and Kouzzina would be the best of the breakfast choices.

'Ohana at the bottom of the list.

I'll have to respectfully disagree with those who said Ohana... $25 a person for eggs, bacon, sausage and biscuits is over priced. Sure it's all you can eat, but it's not much of a selection to pick from. We also found the service at Ohana to be slow. I'd rather be able to go up and get as much as I want when I want. My favorite breakfast is Tusker House - love all the selection, including the African section. When I do DDP, I prefer to do the buffets to get a better value for my TS credits.

I agree! I LOVE Tusker House!

definitely the Grand Floridian. Best breakfast we have ever eaten there, and we can't wait to go back. If you go to the character breakfast at 1900 Park Fare, the characters have lots of personality and spend lots of time with people. Loved the Mad Hatter and Mary Poppins.

I hope you're happy with your Crystal Palace choice! It's our little family tradition. We always eat there our first day!

Grand Floridian Cafe (the maple vanilla French toast is the best French toast I've had anywhere, and I love French toast)
Kona Cafe (not a fan of Tonga Toast, however, as a French toast purist)
Boma
Cape May
Kouzzina

We tried CP in November, and it's a must for us now. We loved it! Thanks for all the ideas, Grand Floridian looks like a contender too, the menu just didn't reach out to us as anything special, but obviously we aren't the experts!
If you have another ideas, I'd love to hear them! Convince me to try different places and not live at CP (:
Also, no one has mentioned Chef Mickey's. We went on our first trip, but DD doesn't remember, it was 11 years ago. Is it worth going for breakfast? We've tried dinner recently, but we're a little weary to try CM for breakfast... Thoughts?
Thanks!

We loved our breakfast there in May. The french toast was fantastic!!! We went on our last morning and I really enjoyed the nice, slow pace of the meal.

You've already got a reservation at my favorite breakfast place: The Crystal Palace. Their buffet has everything I would want to eat for breakfast.
