What is the best food to try when visiting Switzerland?

If you are in Zurich a few recommendations:

1. Zueghauskeller - and old Swiss Armory, waiters and waitresses dressed up - great food - especially the sausages. Hubby always got the sausage platter with several types of sausages and rosti to die for.
2. in Kusnacht (where Tina Turner lives and we did) only a few KM from the main station, off of Seestrasse - is the best raclette and fondue restaurant - Chez Crettol. amazing ambiance food.

And don't forget to go to Appenzeller and see the factory, how the cheese is made, such a beautiful trip!
Moreover, I have the change to meet my Tennis idol, Roger Federer. It's so great, my wonderful memory that I can't forget. Enjoy - if you know where else you are visiting let me know and I can help with restaurant choices. I lived there for three years and traveled extensively.
