What is the best credit card to book cruise?

Here are the options:
-Disney visa- I think I get $50 on board credit, although I don't know. I just got the card. Any other benefits?
-Alaska Airlines credit card- I get one mile for every dollar, so for a $4300 cruise, that is a good chunk (about 1/4 of a ticket to get to Orlando for the cruise).
-American Express costco card- get 2% for travel related charges, so $86.

What to do, what to do?

I guess pick the premium you want most.

I only have one credit card, so never had to deal with this kind of decision.

I always go for the miles. Airline prices fluctuates so much in price I feel the free ticket is worth the most.

Doesn't the Disney Visa give you 6 months free interest? If it were me and that were true, I would us the Disney Visa and then pay at the 6 month due date.

Yes they do. I always use the Disney Visa for my cruises. 6 months interest free and then I use the reward dollars to pay part of my DVC dues.

Do you get that 6 month interest free part on final payment too? I already paid my deposit on another credit card...but I now have an offer for a disney visa. If I get it and pay with it in May when final payment is due, does that mean I get 6 months to pay it off? I may not want to do that as that would mean I'm cruising before paying and I like to have it done before I go, but if its free, maybe I should make the interest off my $ for that 6 months?

And, as for the rewards, what do I get there? Anything for the cruise itself or just later?

I'm a saver. We keep everything we buy to one miles card & just keep accruing the miles...I have been "collecting" them for about 5 years now! ONE OF THESE DAYS I'm gonna have enough to cover all of us on some really expensive air (maybe to the Med the next time DCL goes there)! We have enough now to cover a couple of round trips ea. to FL, but I'd rather pay cash for those cheap fares & get "free" air on something pricey. We were able to xfer Amex reward points to Delta Skymiles a couple of years ago & covered all 3 of us round trip to Hawaii!! That was sweet and worth the wait as the airfare would've cost about $1,000 ea. (in round numbers)!:goodvibes
