What is the best appetizer/entree at MM, Kona, and CR?

We have dinner ADRs for the first time at Mama Melrose & Kona in Sept, and the second time at Coral Reef. What appetizer and entree would you recommend at these places? We love steak, seafood, anything that doesn't bite us back (except I don't like mushrooms). I had the lobster bisque at CR last year & liked it- should I stick with it, or is there something better?

At Kona I would suggest Either the chowder or the potstickers
Dinner I like the Mahi Mahi or the terriyaki Beef

I have not eaten at MM so can't help oyu there.

I was disappointed with the seafood souffle at CR. The crab claw was excellent though.

Mama Melrose's is one of my favorite restaurants. The Artisan Breads and Spreads is really good and enough to share. I love their Vegetarian Minestrone Soup. For entrees, we've had the Charred Butcher Tender Steak and think it's really good. The Chicken Parmesan is good and my personal favorite is the Spagetti Fra Diavolo w/ clams, calamari, mussels and shrimp in a spicy marinara sauce. However, I always get it shrimp only and in a non-spicy marinara sauce. One of the things we really love about Mama Melrose's is how they are always happy to prepare anything on the menu anyway you want it. Oh yeah, the Warm Chocolate Wave is wonderful! It's one of the desserts that I often think about after I get home.

At Coral Reef, we've never tried any of the seafood. There's just something about sitting there eating seafood while we're being watched by all the marine life! The steak is one of the best anywhere in WDW, the chicken breast is good and the pork chop is excellent (really thick, but cooked completely). We liked all of the desserts except to Citrus Creme Brulee. I can't say that we were wild about any of the appetizers.
