What is "The Attic" at BWV?

I was at BWV in October and saw a sign for "The Attic." I followed the signs for it and ended up at a locked door.

What is it? Is it in use? Any pictures? I'm intrigued.

It's where they lock the members they find to be commercial renters.

I think at one time it was supposed to be a special member area, ie lounge. But now they use it for special events (members or not).

Thanks! It looks neat. Pity it's only used for special events.

It is basically a meeting/entertainment room that you rent for business parties, receptions, or other occassions. It was in fact originally conceived as a DVC only room for use by members. That was in the original plans filed with the government. They took that out in amended filings before sales started.
