What is that building?

At the Magic Kingdom, what is that house-like building up on a hill between Its a Small World and The Haunted Mansion?

Does anyone know what this is? There is a stroller parking spot right in front of it. It sits on the hill between Fantasyland and Liberty Square? It has stairs that go up to the front of it and it looks like a european cottage.

Anyone? Anyone?

I have never seen anyone there. Is it some sort of corporate area?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I'm thinking it's maybe where the skyway used to load/unload.

It used to be where you got on the Skyway ride. Now it is just a stroller parking area.

Yes, it was the skyway. I was glad to see it go, nothing ruins the magic more than flying above the park and see the warehouses behind the rides. I do not want to see reality in Disney World - only magic

As another poster said, it's where the Skyway loaded and unloaded - and for a while there were Characters there like Pinocchio and Geppeto (sp?).

the tree house is in adventure land, i think they mean between fantasy land and liberty sq.

me too... not to mention my dd ( 6 yrs at the time) commenting to me, her trying not to be terrified of heights mother, about what would happen if this fell for the entire ride
