What is Soarin'?

Does anyone know what this ride is? I've seen it mentioned a few times. ??

If you do a search here on the DIS you will find many threads about Soarin. It is an awesome ride where you feel like you are hang gliding over Calif.

Wow, that sounds SO cool!!!! We'll be there April 24-29th so I think we'll miss it but maybe we'll get lucky.
