What is pin code BTD?

Does anyone know what this room only pin code is? I was told by a cm that I have pin code BTD attached to my name for travel in Feb. but she couldn't tell me what the discount was and nothing at POR was available. I'm gonna call again but thought maybe someone could tell me what the code was.

That is correct that they will not tell you the discount.
It may be that the room type/view you want is not available at POR for your timeframe, whether for 1 night or all.
Try another resort if POR is not available, and get the rate. Then you can judge if the rate is discounted or the right price for you.
