what is photopass?

Instead of Disney taking your picture and giving you all those pieces of paper to go and see the photos, they give you a card that you can look up photos on-line....not wait on those long lines in the parks to see picutres you don't want! I am not sure how you purchase them, but it was nice to see them on the computer and only have the card to carry. I used is in all the parks!

Hopefully someone will tell us how to buy....if you choose! I was also wondering if you can bring it back for another vacation and use the same card??

So when they take your picture you just hand them the card or do you have to approach a photagrapher, hand them the card and THEN they will take your pic? Is this only at the parks or is it at the resorts and dining areas?

hi,

yesterday i saw the previews of somebody's pictures. they looked them up online, then they got to add some decorations to the picture (WDW logo or a character's autograph) that were really cute. Then they told me that they could order them online and that the price wasnt too bad. They definately had pictures from character meals.

I was just curious if anyone had gotten their actual pictures yet, as the previews I saw were pretty low quality (from a good quality printer). im guessing they will be better quality???

We used this on our last visit in May, it is available at all the parks, some of the character meet and greets areas also. We looked up our pictures after we got home and was not real impressed. A few of the photographers really get into their job, about half of them just take pictures(really bored with their job). Everyone of the photographers carry the cards so you can get one most anywhere. Didn't look at the prices since didn't care for the pictures. But we will hope it was just not meant for us this last trip and try it again next time, just encase we happened to be hitting the employees on a bad day. The pictures are available for veiwing for 30 days.

I thought these were great! On our trip in January, we got one of these passes. When we got home we viewed our photos online. We were able to email them to our families and friends so that they could see them as well. We did order quite a few pics. They were great quality and the delivery was quick.
