What is on your "must do" list

While discussing my plans for our upcoming trip (imagine that) with a fellow disboarder I found my self saying "thats a must do". So I was wondering whats on your "must do" list. Have fun. Here are some of mine:

must do mk first
must ride all the mountains at mk
must have a turkey leg
must see all night time shows
must go chef mickeys for breakfast

Must ride Rockin Rollercoaster
Must eat ribs from Flame Tree BBQ
Must have a turkey leg
Must get a family picture with Mickey
Must do one character meal

Must see the Lion King show at AK - three times to WDW and missed it every time!!!

must eat breakfast with characters at least once
must ride small world and dumbo
must find donald duck for my DH to meet

Must have an ice cream cookie sandwich from the main st bakery
Must do lots of pin trading!!

Must have 1 huge ooeey gooeey Cinnimmon Roll at the Bakery in Africa with a large milk!

Must get an icecream from Beaches and Cream
Must watch Illuminations
Must eat at the California Grill and the Yachtsmans Steakhouse
Must walk around the world showcase

Must get a hot dog at Casey's Corner
Must see Fantasmic and Illuminations
Must drink and eat around the world at EPCOT
Must ride Space Mountain, ToT, RnRC
Must give Mickey a hug!!
Must get to MK before they open the gates for the countdown!!

Must take a midday break! lol
Must eat at 50s prime time
Must eat at crystal palace breakfast
must get a family picture in front of the castle
must see the oldies but goodies like COP
