What is on the menu?

Can anyone tell me what is on the dinner menu at Diamond Horseshoe and Tomorrowland Terrace Cafe? I would like to try them, but I have such a picky family I have to be sure they will eat something on the menu?

Diamond Horseshoe is the same as LTT and the Tomorrowland Terrace is the Wishes Dessert buffet. These are both open for a limited time.

Tomorrowland Terrace is also doing a dinner buffet every Sunday during free dining...not just the dessert Wishes buffet.

The TT menu was posted here a few days ago, I will look for the link but it's main feature was I think carved beef...

The delectable menu offers a variety of American dishes with a twist to please any palate: salads (fall harvest garden gourmet greens with assorted toppings; tomato, cucumber and buffalo mozzarella salad; pasta primavera salad; tropical fruit and cous cous salad), entrees (orecchiette pasta with grilled chicken, whole-wheat penne pasta and baked meatballs, beef and vegetable stir-fry, carved-to-order chimichurri beef strip loin) and sides (sautéed seasonal vegetables, vegetable fried rice). Save room for the tempting desserts, which include mini pastries, cakes and fruit salad!

I think they are opening up the Terrace Noodle station on certain Sundays during free dining as a buffet or some sort.

Yummy, that sounds so good. I love a big salad bar .
