What is "Mickey Unlimited" apparel?

I'm looking for a Disney-inspired tie, and I found this company called "Mickey Unlimited." I've never heard of them until this search, and I don't see any storefronts (neither virtual nor brick-and-mortar) selling this merchandise. I see a lot of stuff on etsy and ebay, though.

Is (or was) this merchandise made by Disney? Is (was) it licensed to a third party company? Are products still being made with this logo?
