what is mickey trick or treat ?

Im going in oct and I just bought mickey trick or treat for oct 16, 2008 for 25 bucks each the passholder special.

I know it is in DC but where does the party take place and where do you trick or treat. Are the rides open in DC during this time and what to expect thanks ?

The trick or treat party is soo much fun!! We went last year, and are going again this year. Yes, some rides are open, but not all. There are trick or treat stations set up in various places within DCA. The party is all over the park, with various dance parties, trick or treat stations, games and crafts, villians make an appearance too. The treat station lines can be long, but move fairly quick, they give a handful of treats. They have candy, of course, or you can choose a healtier option. Some had baby carrots, others had 100% dried fruit roll-up things (yummy!!), and others. After last year, this has now become a tradition of ours, Halloween at DL every year.
