What is liquid fructose??

O.K., I got this recipe for a strawberry colada that used to be sold at Sea World. But the darn things calls for liquid fructose and I have looked at 4 differant grocery stores and cannot find it. Am I missing something here?

Fructose is the sugar found in fruit. Honey has a large pecentage of fructose in.

You may be able to get it from a health food store.
