What is like to cruise in Feb?

Hi,

We have never cruised before. How is the weather in Feb, cruisingwise? Someone mentioned that the water was very cold in Castaway Cay. I remember reading something like the weather maybe unpredicatable or windy.

Is this the best time to do this cruise, if you have a choice? Thanks

We went on the 3 day cruise this past Feb and it was wonderful!!!! We had a beautiful day in Nassau and perfect weather at Castaway Cay, however, the water was colder than I expected. The kids loved it anyway!!! The only problem with going during Jan or Feb is that you run the risk of having a cold snap. We vacation at WDW every Jan/Feb and have always had beautiful weather during the week that we are there but have heard from CM's at WDW that we just missed the cold weather. I guess we've been lucky!!! I think its a great time to go.

We cruised in Feb, 1999. The weather was great, warm and sunny. The water was nice and we were told that our weather was the best of the recent crusies.
