What IS it about Walmart??

I've been to a Walmart ONCE. The people shopping there freak me out. I tried to put stuff in a basket but gave up and left.

Well, I don't know about anyone else, but I just don't have enough time to get everything done during "normal" hours.

How come europpens manage to do it and we cannot ? Different sets of priority ?
