Seriously, lawsonsontour, you need to have a more open mind! Tofu is a very bland, high-protein food that absorbs the flavors around it. If you cook it in the right way, with a flavorful sauce, it is fabulous and healthy. My son loved baked tofu from the time he was a toddler!
 
you all failed to mention how healthy it is too! Lots of protein and very filling for not too many calories. And it has the good kind of fat too. Love the stuff!
