What is going on with the online ADR system?

So happy for those of us who got the ones we wanted! Hope everyone else is able to do the same. :goodvibes
 
Same problem is everyone trying today checking in 9/17. I cant call right now a freind just called and got message could not book until tomorrow and we are both checking in 9/17 I cant call right now
 
Yes - mine were for check-in on September 17th. Keep calling! I was able to get right through at 7 a.m. and book everything without any problems at the times we wanted.
 
I am also a September 17th check-in and was unable to book anything online. When I called the automated system, it asked if I was checking in on or before September 16th :confused: and if not, I could not get ressies. Finally I just called and got a CM (who was so lovely) and booked everything in 15 minutes! The only reservation I could not get at my desired time was for T-Rex on Friday, September 21st. I wanted 8 pm and they only had 4 pm or 9 pm, so we went with 9 pm. Just a heads up for anyone wanting T-Rex on that day! :goodvibes

We must have been on the phone at the same time..lol.. I took the 4pm for TRex for the 21st..it wasn't ideal but 9 was too late for me!

For T-Rex, you can call the restaurant directly (407) 828-8739. They do not release all of their reservation times to Disney. You should have no problem getting the exact time you want.:thumbsup2
 
I was also unable to get in AGAIN today

I am happy for the ones of you that got what you wanted and co-miserate with those of you who are frustrated.

I tried to book Le Cellier for lunch on the 26th- no dice. Its not that its not available- it has not yet been released. Same thing happened when I tried to book Tokoyo Dining on the 24th for lunch...so annoying. And its Le Cellier- so it will go fast.

My TA is going to try again for me...sigh.

Based on all the reports in this thread, NO.
For reservations within 180 days, the online system is just fine.
For reservations beyond 180 days, not so much.

I just tried again- still not working...what a bummer:mad:
 
Same here, website recognizes my reservation for our resort and even said, we were 180 days from our trip but when I put our reservation number in the dining screen, it did not recognize it. This happened this past Sunday and I call exactly at 7am and waited for 1 min to speak with a cm, who said they are having problems with website. Very frustrating.
 
Sorry to hear this is going on! Going to try to make our 180 day reservations tomorrow. Quick question: If the system is running properly, what time can I make online reservations? If it's not, when can I call to make reservations? :3dglasses
 
Didn't work for me EITHER :headache: At 6:02am, I decided to just call in. I ended up getting everything I wanted, although I had to flip-flop 2 dinners. This was my 1st time trying the online system, & I DON'T like it. :scared: (Today we are at 180 days.)
 
Didn't work for me either. Will keep trying, if not calling when I get home from work.
 
When the online system works, it is great! It just really stinks when it doesn't.
 
Same exact thing happened to me on Sunday--a day I don't have to get up early but did just for the ADRs only for it not to work!! AHHH! But I called right at seven, didn't have a wait at all to book, and including survey time spent 24 minutes and got everything I wanted at the times I wanted, plus Harmony Barber Shop appointments. The ADRs showed up immediately on "My Reservations" online, though I haven't checked since then to make sure they're still there. I'm sure they are.
And then I went back to bed:thumbsup2.
 
Good to know, at least now I'll be prepared. I still plan to get up at 5am CST to try.
