What is going in at DCA?

In the past we entered the parks by walking to the Timone tram, this time though the tram was moved some 200 yards due to some contrustion - but I couldnt' figure out what. Has TOT construction begun?

I think that would be for the new Bug's Life kiddie section they are adding, which I think will open next fall.

I know they are also building a "Tower of Terror" at DCA that will be opening in 2-3 yrs.
