What is Fantasmic???

Hi, I have read a few posts? I do not know what Fantasmic is all about? We will be celebrating my DS b-day 11 yrs. and my b-day. We are looking for some fun ideas. Fantasmic is offered at different locations. We have decided on Hollywood and Vine for dinner then Fantasmic (when we understand what it is all about).

Any ideas for celebrating?

I have not done the Fantasmic dinner deal but I have seen Fantasmic. Fantasmic is HS evening show. It includes characters on floats, a 'show', some fireworks, and singing and music. I personally don't think the wait is worth it for seeing it more than once. Long lines for food and drinks within the theater and the show is alright. By the time it comes on, the kids have been sitting there a long time and then it is a mass exodus to depart. I'm glad I saw it once but I won't see it again. I would rather see the fireworks/evening shows at MK or Epcot.

Thanks for the reply!!!! My DD 16 is in a wheelchair so it might be interesting for us! So, from what I understand we eat and go into the show? Will this help with the wait time?
