What is everyone doing this week-end??

I'm doing :laundy: and scrapping today....trying to finish up our Oct WDW trip....3 more LO's and I'm done!

Megan is in a mood today, think she'll be getting period soon, so I'm hiding in the office ;) joys of being a lady!

tomorrow is house cleaning...yuck, so wish I had a maid :thumbsup2

Reddy, we need to get to our zoo, its really nice, just need the nice weather to go. hope you have a great time!

Oh I'm sorry for Megan's mood - one thing I'm glad about having boys is not worrying about that
Thankfully I had the Novasure done so I'm not worrying with it either

Boys really enjoy going to zoos so we do alot of them Dallas about 4 times a year then San Antonio, Waco, Ft Worth at least once a year each sometimes we go to Abilene too. been to the Tyler Zoo twice-- Watchly stopped at Gulf Breeze in FL on our way to Disney last August

Okay taking a tea a DIS break from kitting pages. I have swap stuff spread out all over the living room, paper on every chair in the kitchen and the table can't be seen. I am very fortunate to have a CM consultant who still holds mothly crops at a very reasonable price. If I do not kit pages, we end up talking for the whole time and I get nothing done. She has a son that is Julia's age and we tease the kids all the time that we are planning their wedding;) We tell them at least we will like their in laws.:rotfl:

Josh is visiting at his girlfriends, due home at 5. Julia is cleaning a corner of her room, goal is to have it shoveled out and organized by month's end.

Jennifer glad you a Holly had a fun and productive evening!

Lisa, I know all about girl moods, hope Megan's gets better. Have you offered chocolate as a peace offering yet? Works everytime!

Off to find letters from Holiday swap.

Cassey

yah its not fun, but I can relate to her on it...had terrible problems at the beginning too, now I'm at the other end of the spectrum...joys of puberty and peri-menopaus together in one house :woohoo::eek:

we love zoos too! need to go this summer to our big one, done our two smaller last year.
Jim and I lived in the Austin area in 1999 he worked on the Barton Creek Country Club and had/have my dad's side of the family in Waco, Midland, Dallas
we loved the area and enjoyed San Antonio many times!

my LSS has them all the time, maybe I'll get to try one someday!

funny about the "arranged" marriage, what do they think about it :lmao:

hope Josh feels better soon, rest is the only way to really kick it! and Julia finds her corner :thumbsup2

yup chocolate does work for her too :thumbsup2 have some left over from valentines day!

Lisa I'm not sure that boys are any better. :lmao: some days Mr. L is so bad I'd trade him for a girl at least that I can relate to. I borrow my friends daughter when she's in a mood and she' fine with me, drives her mother nutty. I've gotten used to mud season and it's not so bad now that they don't take baths in it! when they were little I swear they fell down on purpose. ;)

Cassey I to have a great cm rep but she only has them like every 4 months. So wish they were more often. I know what you mean abt talking though I've gotten so I take the ipod if I can snitch Levi's or my old mp3 so that I can tune everything out. My su rep does monthlys for 10 and 4 projects which is fun. Hope you have a fantastic/ productive day.

Cheryl I too would love to see the calendar. I bought a blank years ago to make as a present but it's intimitaded me.

Finally getting to my scraproom today!!

I'm going to print some pages for my disney binder while I start scrapping my pages.... I need to get at least 10 pages done tonight..... shouldn't be an issue..

DH and the two older kids are headed out to the ball game.. DS11 is staying home with me to work on his project.. He is to write his report and I will review and edit tonight and he will write the final paper tomorrow and work on the poster for his oral report. Teacher said " it's do sometime around the 15th maybe"... Ugh, give me a date sunshine... so I'm not waiting til the 15th... he will be finished tomorrow night....

Nan that's better than the teacher that L's dealing with. They have a huge project due 4/12 she hasn't even started it yet and wont for at least 3 more weeks. I feel like shaking this woman, she knows that this kid lives for sugaring season but he'll (the whole class) will have 3 weeks. :scared1:

Hope you get your pages done!

Pics are sorted, papers done. Also pulled what I think I might want for the crop in april. Not to bad way more than I'll need but not as much as I'd usually bring. But my other weekend crop is in the next town so I came home and can get what I forget. I've filled a cropper hopper, 2 plain paper packs plus I have 1 zippered holder (thin) of summer and beach pattern paper.

dinner is done but just E's home thinking I might kick back with a glass of wine.
Have a great night all

good idea getting his project completed early, always telling Megan to do the same, you never know what can come up!

:woohoo: for getting all your crop stuff together!!
too bad his teacher isn't giving them the project earlier :confused3

I've complete 18 pages today  just have to sort, crop and scrap our MK and resort photos and our Oct WDW trip will be complete  hope to get the sorting and cropping done tonight and then finish tomorrow after I'm done cleaning house!

off to start dinner and fold clothes....will check in later!

I need to start dinner too - just don't know what to fix, waiting on DH to call me & hoping he has an idea.

I'm happy to hear that so many of you got stuff done. I got the Epcot TnT swap thing almost done, needs ribbon or something for the hole, working on AK at this moment but not sure about what I have done.

that glass of wine sounds really good

Lisa sent you a pm. I wish this teacher would get it together. I wonder if E will have her. L leaves that school and E goes into it. Oh well at least I know what I'm dealing with. 18 pages :woohoo:

Reddy I did breaded pork chops, brown rice and green beans with biscuts. And the glass of wine is wonderful!!!

off to relax and enjoy my book

I am finally home. We had a middle school choir competition today, our school's 6th, 7th, and 8th grade choirs all took 1st :goodvibes Since I am a teacher I always volunteer to go, and since my daughter is a 6th grader now it is helpful. 400 middle schoolers, a long bus ride, and a basketball game later........ I am finally home. I think I am took exhausted to do much of anythng. I am glad you ladies are being so productive!!!

I ended up with a migraine aura halfway through my errands. Came home and crashed on the couch. Feeling better, but not 100%.

Girly moods--oy vey! Morgan got her first period in October, and finally had a second in February and a now third...I know that's normal, but the freakin' moods! I did make Mississippi mud bars today, so that helped keep her at bay.

I had "issues" a few years ago and got a Mirena. O.M.G. saved my life and my marriage! My PMS was horrible, I was getting my friend every 18 days, it was BAD. The doctor thinks I entered the world of peri-menopause myself, so...Ah, the joys of womanhood!

I can tell you, Jennifer, MENOPAUSE is GREAT! I HIGHLY recommend it!

Made 4 cards today, does that count?

I completed 2 whole pages for my New England vacation scrapbook from 2010-woohoooo--I'm really slogging through that album.....I wish I'd just made a shutterfly photo book or something easy.

My nephew is here visiting from Denver(he goes to university there)so we took him out to dinner tonight and had such a wonderful time. We'll get to see him again tomorrow before he goes home.

Tomorrow we are going to a hockey game.:)

Jennifer hope that migrane gets better.

400 Middle schoolers!:scared1: That would give me nightmares! I have such a great deal of awe and respect for teachers of this age group, way too many hormones and changes going on and each of them are at different stages.

Lisa, the kids have given up on arguing with us about their "arranged" marriage. Now they just shake their heads at us and tell us we're nuts!:rotfl2: The two of them are so much alike and they are really good friends, which is why we give them such a hard time.

I am giving up for tonight, I just can't face another Christmas page!! Need to clean up my mess and get Josh to take his meds. I made sure he ate breakfast, lunch and dinner today and got plenty of fluids and rest. If I can manage this for the rest of the week I think I can comfortably send him back to school. Julia has managed to find one corner of her room. Now I have a bag of clothes for good will.

Megan has been very regular since she started last Jan...only missed one month so far....she's in a better mood tonight :goodvibes we just got done watching Hugo and we both enjoyed it!:goodvibes

Sounds like all of you were very productive yesterday :) I'll definately share the calendar when it's finished. I'm still searching for a few more pics of us together.

I'm working on the Cricut Cuts swap between errands and shuttling the girl here and there. DH is going to help me color my hair tonight. We're taking my 2 year old great niece to the boy scout pancake breakfast tomorrow. Well, we may be taking her mom too, if she won't come with just us (but she loves Morgan so she may surprise us).

I did three groups in the swap last night, Holly and I met at her office and spread out all over the boardroom table.

Not the best pictures, since I took them with my phone.

I was thrilled to get that much done because my Cricut needed updating and wouldn't talk to my Gypsy. Got that all squared away this morning, thank goodness.

Jennifer, your cuts are adorable. What did you do to get your cricut updated since it wasn't talking to your Gypsy. I am having the same problem. Did cricut resolve the last Gypsy upgrade issue?

Reddy your tallest son is the spitting image of his Dad. :)

I had such high hopes for getting things done this weekend. The most I did was pay bills, do a few loads of laundry, and rest. This ulcer issue is kicking my butt, I have no energy whatsoever, and it is getting old.
