What is Donald's Desk??

OK, so I've been going to DLP since it opened in 1992 and I've a vague memory of seeing Donald's Desk before but I really noticed it this year as we were staying at the DLH so every time we came out the door to get to the entrance of the park I saw it and I couldn't for the life of me figure out what it was.

Can't believe there are still things about DLP I don't know about!!

I've used it to renew an annual pass - its an office along the lines of the AP office/City Hall, I'm not at all sure what its main purpose is supposed to be, but the CM's are lovely .
