What is Disney Quest?

Can someone explain what Disney Quest is?

I have 2 High Schooler's (boy and girl) and we're trying to decide whether to spend a day at Blizzard Beach or Disney Quest.

They have asked what Disney Quest is and I really don't know. I've read about the area where you can build your own roller coaster then put on those virtual goggles and "ride" it. Other than that, I don't know what else is there. Is it more like a huge arcade?

My DS enjoys DQ..it is like a huge arcade where you can design your own roller coaster, then get into one of those simulators that gives you a virtual experience. They also have bumper cars with a "twist".....you drive around and shoot balls at the other bumper cars....when your car is hit, it spins around. In my opinion these are the best activities there. I would have to say that if it came down to a choice, my teen would choose BB.
