Ding is a program that you download from Southwest Airlines onto your computer. It alerts you to special fares. You do have to act fast once the fares are out because they only last so long(and also go so fast). Hope this has helped!

Southwest Airlines offers a service that informs you of specials just as they become available. If you live near an airport serviced by SWA, I would highly recommend it. You sign up for it at http://www.southwest.com
