I have seen this posted several times and just assumed it had to do with the dining plan until I read a post that said.."not on the dining plan but will use our DDE." Is this for AP holders or something anyone can do? Thanks.

It's the DSinsey Dining Experience. It's not just for AP holders but we get a pretty hefty discount. It's well worth the cost ($65 for passholders). You get 20% off at a huge number of places. Counter service and full service as well as food courts. I got mine just before four of us took a very fast trip up to WDW for the EE passholder preview. We went on Saturday afternoon and came back Sunday afternoon. It practically paid for itself in the one trip.

We got discounts on counter service dinner at MGM, breakfast at ASM, Lunch at Flametree and as I recall a snack somewhere along the way. I'll use it on our next trip and get 20% off at Kona Cafe and Boma plus wherever we have breakfast and lunch. My other ADR is at Raglan Road and it's not accepted there.

Actually, you do have to be an AP holder or a Florida resident in order to obtain a DDE card. The cost is $60 for AP holders, $85 for Florida residents.
