What is best way to get from GF to DTD?

My recommendation is to just drive to DTD. While the parking lot is congested, there's enough churn that spots open up. We parked there 3 times last week and didn't wait any more than 5 minutes to find a spot near the Marketplace each time. Last week was somewhat light on crowds, but I still wouldn't except to wait much longer during heavier crowd periods. Also last week they opened up the Casting building parking lot for DTD parking, but I have never actually parked there.

I thought the PP would be coming from DHS though.

If one uses the walkway from DHS to the EPCOT resorts, then the Boardwalk is the closest/first resort one would reach.

If I wanted to go from DHS to DTD I would take the bus from DHS to Saratoga Springs, get off at the Congress Park stop at SSR, and walk from there.

The walk from Congress Park to the Marketplace bus stop is no more than 10 minutes if you walk at a decent pace.

How long of a walk is that? We will be a DHS in the afternoon, have a dinner ressie at Flying Fish, then EMH pm at DHS. Would you walk or drive?

The walk is perhaps 10 or so minutes. If it were me and the weather was reasonable, I would walk. You could also take the boat from DHS to BWI, but unless the boat was at, or just getting to, the dock at DHS, I would still walk.
