What is / are your favorite appetizers?

I love making a cheese fondue and serving it with crusty bread and assorted veggies. It's so much fun! Everyone gathers around, and its great for parties where people don't know each other very well.

mozzarella sticks
spinach artichoke dip
spinach balls
cocktail meatballs
tuna mold
chips and salsa

Of course I love most appetizers. I'd rather eat them than the whole meal!

Making me very hungry.

Spinach balls, don't have the recipe w/me.

Mexican Dip:
1 lg Velveeta
1 sm mexican velveeta
1 8oz cream cheese
1 roll Jimmy Dean Sausage, browned & drained
2 cans Ro-tel tomatos

I put the velveeta's & cr cheese in a crock pot and let them melt slowly
when melted add the sausage & tomatoes. Love it served w/ the frito dip chips.

I also make the Crab appetizer with the Cream cheese. I add a few things to the cream cheese for flavour though.
Mix together in a bowl
1 block of Cream Cheese
2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (I use miracle whip as it is creamier)
Spread mixture on a platter and top with small bottle of chili sauce (the Kraft one like ketchup but spicier) Then I flake a can of crab on top of this and sprinkle with dried parsley flakes. It makes a lovely red/green/white appetizer. Great for Christmas buffets. I serve it with Breton Crackers.

Jalepeno poppers with pepper jelly
veg. spring rolls with peanut sauce
nachos with queso and salsa

Won Ton Sausage Appetizers

1 pkg won ton wrappers
1 cup ranch dressing
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese
1 sm. can chopped black olives, drained
1/2 c. chopped green peppers, opt.
green onion, finely chopped, opt.
1 lb susage, browned & drained (I use Jimmy Dean 50% less fat)

press won ton wrappers into mini muffin tins. Bake at 350 for 5-8 minutes (until crisp). Mix all remaining ingredients together. Fill shells & place back in oven until the cheese is melted.

Very, very good!!!

Oh my goodness thanks for posting that recipe...a place here in MN used to have those as an app, but they took them off the menu. I will have to post mine later(as we are going to eat in 10 minutes), but i will include recipes.

I would also love to make the Buffalo chicken dip, how hot and spicy is this?

that is kind of hard to answer....since everyone has a different "hot and spicy' tolerance level....LOL!!!! I like spicy, but not to the point where my mouth is burning and I am sweating. This recipe is very good....everyone raves about it when I make it. Some people (ie: my husband's cop buddies) have gotten to the point where they eat it without crackers....they just plop it on their plates and eat it....or spread it onto a sandwich.....now for me, that is a LITTLE extreme...but to each his own....LOL!!!!!

Do you bake the corn dip? Sounds very similar to a spinach dip I have, just replacing with corn and cheddar. Sounds different, something to mix up the same old same old.

I don't bake it...you serve it cold. Wish I had some right now:)
