Oh! You are! Yep the favorite of the favorites!! I mean... well, Pammy's right. She enjoys appreciating the finer points of speed skaters and their... ah...attributes. A girl's gotta have a ogling buddy ya know.
Well there's that... and the bail money thing. Have to admit, that has come in handy from time to time.

Yep - it's coming down the pike - sooner than later!
DD is now 21.5 yrs. old and a junior in college. Her BF is 23 and graduated from college last year and bought a house last summer. They've been dating/going together for 6.5 yrs. (She doesn't live with him.)
I really think they will marry in about 1.5 yrs. after she graduates and just about the time for her to start grad school.
Did I mention that she has very expensive taste? I'm gonna have to have a firm wedding budget with her!
How's your son doing? What grade is he in now -- 11th? DS has finally decided on a college - got accepted at all 3 that he applied to and was given academic scholarships to all 3.
Oh my gosh Pam!! YaYa land started that long ago!?! I had no idea she was almost 22 years old!! Congratulations to her and BF! 6.5 years! That's wonderful! ...and to your DS as well. I still think of him as this little guy out hunting and scouting...
Mine is in 10th grade (he started K a year later). He's doing well. Still hates school but learning the tricks to make it less painful.
We have TOTALLY hijaked this thread! I'm sorry OP!!
You can say that again!! And speaking of bail money...you all do know that Lily is headed this way as we speak...and it is St. Patty's day weekend...and well, I can't promise to behave myself either....so, do get ready to come to our rescue as you have SO MANY times before!
I'm very lucky-I have my DIS YaYa sisters, and then I have even more Ya Ya sisters in real life.
The DIS YaYas are the nicest bunch you could ever meet. All are welcomed heartily.
Both groups of YaYas have been a HUGE support when life brings sadness (the loss of my dad and my mom) and when something great happens (my move to Florida, my new job) and listen when you just blather on about what's going on in your daily life.
I haven't met all of the DIS yayas in person, but trust me, I will. They've been there for me and I love them all. More than several of my real sisters.
Oh and Pam?
And it is after midnight, so HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LIZ!
Suzanne
That's what I thought when I seen this. The song, not Happy Days. I think it was Lee Dorsey who did it. The only reason I know is because one of my all time favorite movies is American Graffiti.
